These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Evodent website at evodentmodels.com (the “Site”) and all purchases, orders and interactions with Evodent. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately and do not place an order.

1. About Evodent

2. Who Can Place an Order

Orders may be placed by individuals, institutions, dental colleges, training organisations, and businesses for dental education and simulation purposes. By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older, or are placing the order on behalf of an institution or business with the authority to do so.
  • The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
  • You are purchasing for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.

3. Product Information and Disclaimer

All Evodent products are dental training, simulation and demonstration models only. They are not medical devices and are not intended for use in clinical procedures on patients. They are designed exclusively for educational and preclinical training purposes.

Product images, descriptions and specifications on the Site are provided for reference. Minor variations may occur due to continuous product improvement, manufacturing tolerances, screen calibration differences, or lighting conditions in photography. Evodent reserves the right to modify product specifications, design details or materials without prior notice, provided the core functionality of the product is not affected.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm product compatibility (for example, phantom head and typodont model compatibility) before placing an order. Evodent is not liable for purchases made without confirming compatibility. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Placing an Order

An order placed on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Evodent reserves the right to accept, hold, or decline any order at its discretion. An order confirmation email does not guarantee dispatch; orders may be held for verification, stock checks, or payment confirmation.

4.2 Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Evodent is not obligated to honour pricing errors caused by typographical or system issues.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of order. Evodent accepts payments through the methods available at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. For PayPal payments, processing may take 2–3 working days before dispatch. Evodent does not store card details; all payment transactions are handled by the respective payment gateway.

4.4 GST and Taxes (India)

Prices for Indian orders include applicable GST where required. GST invoices are issued upon request. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes in the destination country; these are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable shipping policy.

4.5 Institutional and Bulk Orders

Dental colleges, simulation labs and institutions placing bulk orders are advised to contact Evodent directly before ordering to confirm stock availability, lead times, and delivery. Bulk orders are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of procurement. Bulk and institutional orders are non-returnable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Evodent ships to most countries worldwide. For certain countries, customers must contact Evodent before placing an order to confirm whether shipping is available and what the applicable terms are.

Evodent maintains separate shipping policies for Indian orders and international orders. These policies contain full details on dispatch timelines, delivery estimates, DDP shipping, courier partners and customs handling. Please read the applicable policy for your location:

Key points applicable to all orders:

  • All Evodent products are dispatched from Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
  • Dispatch timelines begin after payment confirmation, not order placement.
  • Evodent is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery address details provided by the customer.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the courier.
  • Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear after the first courier scan.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Dispatch is defined as the moment a shipment is handed over to the courier or an Air Waybill (AWB) is generated, whichever occurs first. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Raising a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Requests are reviewed and approved only if the order has not yet been dispatched. For the full cancellation process, refer to the Cancellation Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Evodent products are dental training and simulation equipment. Due to the nature of these products, returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or buyer error.

Returns are considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged in transit
  • The product is defective or not functioning as described
  • The wrong product was delivered

Any damage or missing item claim requires an unedited, uncut unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. Claims without video evidence will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all components included. Returned items undergo quality inspection before a refund or replacement is approved.

The following are non-returnable under all circumstances:

  • Bulk and institutional orders
  • International orders (due to freight and customs costs)
  • Products that are used, tampered with, or not in original packaging
  • Products with missing accessories, components or instructional materials

8. Privacy and Data

Evodent collects personal information (name, address, email, phone number) for order processing, delivery, and customer support. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party.

By placing an order or contacting us, you consent to receive order updates and support communications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We use cookies on the Site to improve performance and user experience.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to product names, designs, photographs, videos, written descriptions, logos, trademarks, graphics, and the Evodent brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Evodent / Jaypee Dent and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark and design laws.

You may not, without prior written permission from Evodent:

  • Reproduce, copy, republish or redistribute any content from this Site
  • Use Evodent product images, descriptions or brand assets for commercial purposes
  • Reverse-engineer, replicate or imitate any Evodent product design
  • Claim ownership of or register any mark, design or name that is identical or confusingly similar to the Evodent brand

Unauthorised use of Evodent’s intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

10. User Conduct

By accessing the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its server, or associated systems
  • Introduce malware, viruses or harmful code to the Site
  • Scrape, harvest or extract data from the Site in bulk without written consent
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting Evodent
  • Use Evodent content or branding to mislead others or create confusion in the market

Evodent reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site and cancel any associated orders if these obligations are violated.

11. Limitation of Liability

Evodent’s liability in connection with any order or use of the Site is limited to the value of the product purchased. Evodent is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from product use or misuse
  • Losses arising from delays or failures caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or force majeure events
  • Damage caused by mishandling, incorrect use, or modifications made by the customer
  • Losses resulting from reliance on product information without confirming compatibility or suitability

Evodent products are training models. Any use outside of their intended educational or simulation purpose is entirely at the user’s own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Evodent, Jaypee Dent, their directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use or misuse of any Evodent product, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment gateways, courier tracking portals and embedded tools. These are provided for convenience only. Evodent does not endorse, control or accept responsibility for the content, policies or practices of any third-party platform. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

14. International Orders

Evodent ships to most countries worldwide. For countries where standard checkout is not available, customers must contact Evodent before ordering to confirm shipping availability, applicable costs, and delivery terms.

International buyers are responsible for understanding import regulations applicable in their country. Evodent is not liable for shipments held, seized, or delayed by customs authorities. Most international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis where applicable; refer to the shipping policy for specifics.

International orders are non-returnable due to the impracticality of cross-border freight and customs costs.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any Evodent product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala, India.

16. Changes to These Terms

Evodent reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site or placement of an order after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
