Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier once dispatched. Evodent is not liable for delays, customs clearance issues, lost tracking updates, address errors or courier-related damages.
  • For bulk, universities and institutions, deliveries may experience additional verification or processing time.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Standard delivery time: usually 2-10 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

International Shipping

  • All shipments include a commercial invoice, HS codes, export documentation, and secure packing.
  • We ship to select countries. Delivery timelines typically range from 5-21 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Most international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, depending on the destination and order value. When applicable, import duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise on the invoice.
  • Evodent is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or policy changes.

Packaging & Protection

  • Every order is packed using multi-layer cushioning to prevent transit damage.
  • While all orders are securely packed with multi-layer protection, Evodent is not responsible for courier-related mishandling or damage in transit.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, delivery location, and courier service.

Tracking Information

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp update with tracking details.
  • You can also track your order on evodentmodels.com/track-order.
  • Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear on courier websites.
  • Tracking can be monitored directly via the courier partner’s website.

Failed Deliveries

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details (address, phone number, email).
  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. If a shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect information or refusal, the courier may charge a re-delivery fee.
  • COD orders refused at delivery may lead to restriction of COD service for future orders.
