Order Cancellation Window
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch (defined as the movement the shipment is handed over to the courier or an Air Way Bill has been generated).
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and the order falls under the Return Policy.
- Raising a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Requests will only be approved if the order has not been dispatched.
Cancellation by Evodent
- Evodent reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment or verification issues
- Unforeseen operational reasons
- In such cases, either a full refund (including MDR fees) will be issued if the issue is on Evodent’s side, or the standard cancellation policy will apply if the issue arises from invalid details provided by the customer.
Payment Gateway Charges
- For prepaid orders cancelled by the customer before dispatch, refunds will be processed after deducting MDR fees (payment aggregator charges).
- MDR fees are non-refundable as they are collected by the payment processor.
COD Orders
- COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- If a COD order is refused at delivery, Evodent reserves the right to restrict future COD orders for that customer.
International Orders
- International orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they involve export documentation, commercial invoices, customs filings and courier scheduling.
- Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
- If there is an exceptional issue, our team will assist you case-by-case—but cancellation is not guaranteed.
Refund Timeline & Method
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.
How to Cancel an Order
- Customers must contact Evodent’s support team via email, WhatsApp, or phone with their order ID.
- Cancellation requests must be made during business hours and before dispatch.
