Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy covers how Evodent processes and delivers orders within India and internationally. All Evodent products are dispatched from Kozhikode, Kerala, India. Please read this policy before placing your order so you know what to expect.

India Shipping

1. Payment Methods — India

Evodent accepts the following payment methods for Indian orders:

  • UPI
  • Credit and debit cards
  • Net banking
  • Wallets
  • EMI (on eligible cards)

2. Order Processing and Dispatch — India

Orders placed and paid before the daily dispatch cutoff time are processed and dispatched same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are dispatched the next working day. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, public holidays, or if additional verification is required.

Dispatch is counted from the point payment is confirmed not from when the order was placed. Evodent does not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Estimate — India

Most Indian orders are delivered within 2 to 10 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner. Metro cities and major towns typically receive orders faster. Remote, rural, or difficult-to-access locations may take longer.

These are estimates, not guaranteed timelines. Courier delays, weather disruptions, or high-volume periods can affect delivery.

4. Courier Partners — India

Evodent ships Indian orders through the following courier partners:

  • BlueDart
  • DHL India
  • Delhivery
  • Amazon Shipping IN
  • DTDC
  • Professional Courier

The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and availability at the time of dispatch. Evodent does not take courier-specific requests.

5. Tracking — India

A tracking ID is emailed to you after dispatch. Tracking updates may take 12 to 24 hours to appear after the first courier scan. Use the tracking ID on the respective courier’s website or visit the Evodent order tracking page.

6. Shipping Charges — India

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment. The amount depends on the order value, weight, and delivery location.

International Shipping

7. Countries We Ship To

Evodent ships to most countries worldwide. However, not all countries are available for direct checkout on the website. Some countries require customers to contact Evodent before placing an order, due to shipping restrictions, courier availability, or regional considerations.

If your country is not available at checkout, or if you are unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us before attempting to order. Do not attempt to place an order using an alternate address or forwarding service without prior confirmation from Evodent.

8. Payment Methods — International

International orders are accepted via:

  • Credit and debit cards — the primary and preferred payment method for international orders
  • PayPal — available upon request; not actively encouraged due to processing limitations
  • Wire transfer (bank transfer) — available upon request for institutional or large orders

If you wish to pay via PayPal or wire transfer, contact Evodent before placing your order. Card payment is the fastest and most reliable method for international checkout.

9. Order Processing — International

International orders require additional processing before dispatch. This includes export documentation, commercial invoicing, and customs filing. Processing typically takes up to 48 hours after payment confirmation on working days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or Indian public holidays.

10. Delivery Estimate — International

Most international orders are delivered within 15 days from the date of order, including standard shipping and processing time. This is an estimate. Actual delivery depends on:

  • The destination country and city
  • Customs clearance time in the destination country
  • Courier partner capacity and routing
  • Public holidays in India or the destination country
  • Global disruptions or force majeure events

Evodent cannot guarantee delivery within 15 days in all cases. If your shipment is time-sensitive, contact us before ordering.

11. DDP Shipping — Duties and Taxes

Most international Evodent orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means import duties and taxes are generally handled before delivery wherever applicable, so you do not face unexpected charges at the door in most cases.

However, Evodent cannot guarantee that customs authorities in every country will not levy additional charges. Customs regulations vary by country and can change. In some cases, local customs authorities may independently assess and charge duties regardless of the shipping basis. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Evodent is not liable for customs delays, inspections, holds, or additional charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities.

12. Customs Delays

Customs authorities may inspect or hold a shipment for review. This can pause tracking updates until the shipment is cleared. Evodent has no control over customs processing times. Shipments held by customs are not considered lost; please allow additional time before raising a concern.

13. Tracking — International

A tracking ID is emailed after dispatch. International tracking updates may take 12 to 24 hours to appear after the first scan. Use the Evodent order tracking page or the courier’s own portal to follow your shipment.

14. International Order Cancellations

International orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to the export documentation and customs processes that begin immediately. Please review your order carefully before completing payment. For exceptional circumstances, contact Evodent as soon as possible — cancellation is assessed case by case but cannot be guaranteed. For full details, refer to the Cancellation Policy.

15. International Returns

International orders are non-returnable due to the impracticality of cross-border freight costs and customs complexity. Please confirm product compatibility and suitability before placing an international order. If you are unsure, contact Evodent before ordering.

General Shipping Notes

16. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Evodent is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact Evodent support immediately with your Order ID. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.

17. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the courier. If your order arrives damaged, you must have an unedited, uncut unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. Claims without video evidence cannot be processed. 18. Force Majeure

Evodent is not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, courier network failures, or global disruptions.
